The Poetry of Image (2025) was the first edition of a film programme curated by KOLEKT in collaboration with Kino Amondo in Warsaw. Over two days, 26 and 27 April 2025, it presented a selection of films united by a distinct visual language.

The programme brought together works from different periods and film traditions: Godland, C’mon C’mon, The Florida Project, Past Lives, Memoria, Oslo, August 31st, La Chimera, La Strada, Drive My Car and Mystery Train.

The screenings opened KOLEKT’s collaboration with Kino Amondo, conceived as an ongoing inquiry into the ways in which films and moving images are experienced.
